Full-service billing typically ranges from 4-8% of collections, consulting runs $150-300/hour or via monthly retainer, and hybrid solutions are customized to fit your budget. During your free consultation, we'll provide transparent pricing tailored to your specific situation. Many practices find they actually save money by recovering denied claims and improving their collection rates.
This is actually one of our specialties. We offer account clean-up services to help practices catch up on backlogged claims, address denials, and get your billing back on track. Many of our clients come to us in exactly this situation, and we've helped recover tens of thousands of dollars in outstanding payments.
